McColl Business Park offers a variety of different showroom and flex space options to tenants needing both an air-conditioned office-retail area combined with a portion of warehouse space. Over the years we've made the decision to service both the new business start up, as well as the Fortune 500 company. With that in mind we have spaces that start as small as 1,500 square feet (SF), 1,800 SF, 3,000 SF, and continue to more then 10,000 SF.
