The Garage-Away-From Home™ concept was born after realizing that a number of our warehouse rental customers were hobbyists and small business owners storing business equipment on wheels, and prized personal possessions, including collectible cars, weekend cars, boats, and other recreational and business equipment. In addition to this type of user we have found that a number of people and small businesses can't afford business spaces of 1,500 square feet (SF) and larger.
Basically, what many of them need and can afford are spaces a little larger then, and with more functionality then their home's two car garage. So, the Garage-Away-From-Home™ concept was born to serve the needs of the person or small company needing 1,000 SF or less warehouse space on a rental basis.
