As of 2009 the McColl Business Park still has approximately 3.5 acres of land already subdivided into two lots that would be available for build-to-suit for a tenant needing at least 10,000 square feet or more of leasable space. For businesses needing fenced storage yards along with a building McColl Business Park can also accommodate this need.
In addition to the McColl Business Park land available, we also maintain an inventory of land parcels ready for building to-suit future tenants' needs.
